1. The items offered for sale by RP Seitz Ancient Coins are guaranteed genuine. All descriptions such as attribution and grade, if applicable, are provided to the best of our knowledge. Should an item sold by us be deemed to be a counterfeit by a notable authority in numismatics (Examples include NGC, PCGS, David Sear) we will quickly arrange for a return of the goods for a refund of all costs. Return requests not due to the authenticity of an item shall be considered on a case by case basis and may be subject to applicable restocking fees.

2. All prices quoted by RP Seitz Ancient Coins shall be in United States Dollars or USD. Payment for any items purchased, once an invoice is received, is due within 7 working days unless other arrangements have been previously made. PayPal is our recommended method of payment, but we do accept Visa and Mastercard, as well. An additional service charge (5 % of the total amount owed ) may be added to the invoice due to the service fees charged by PayPal.

3. Once a payment has been received, any relevant items shall be sent through the United States Postal Service to both domestic and international locations within three business days. Alternative methods of shipment, such as FedEx, are available upon request. The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage and packaging as well as any legal duties and responsibilities such as customs and import taxes as applicable. All items sent become the responsibility of the postal carriers and are at the risk of the carrier and buyer once they have been dispatched from our possession with proof of postage.

The estimated cost for standard registered USPS international shipment from the USA is $30 USD and local shipments within the US is $8.
